Eventbrite customer service is appallingly bad. They quote a response time of 24 hours but after contacting them I have not had a reply in over a week.

Paypal is great for purchasing stuff with the added protection it offers. I wont use it for selling due to problems with disputes from dodgy buyers.

My tickets were sent a day late and customer service sorted the problem quickly. I will use them again and keep a closer eye on dispatch after making my order.
