The KOJO Institute's main trainer, Kike Ojo-Thompson, has little knowledge of history and plays the victim when challenged by her students. This is what happened with Richard Bilkszto, a principal at the Toronto District School Board. He challenged Ms. Ojo-Thompson and she reacted with vitriol. The Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) of Canada investigated the situation and concluded that "Ojo-Thompson's conduct was abusive, egregious and vexatious, and rises to the level of workplace harassment and bullying." No one in their right mind should be contracting the Kojo Institute for any kind of training.
