Disney is proving to be very family unfriendly and that is an understatement. Having agreed to a yearly subscription price of 60 pounds they have instead cancelled my subscription and are now demanding I pay them 80 pounds. I have been on hold for over an hour with their customer service and my family are unable to access the service in the meantime.
