I must admit that if I was to receive a distressing phone call from family living locally to me I would be the first to break lockdown rules to go and check on them. Though in this case it appears that it was a distance of hundreds of miles travelled which all coincided with a 50th birthday celebration. Surely the phone records could be checked before any police action is taken.
