I feel very let down by Peleton and could not in good conscience recommend them to anyone based on my current dealings with their abysmal customer service. I ordered a bike a month ago based on an online promotion which stated delivery within 2 weeks. I even contacted their sales to team to confirm this and they told me it would be closer to 1 week. Well what do you know over 4 weeks later and still no bike. The customer service team is much less helpful than the initial sales team surprise surprise. No one can tell me when my bike is being delivered to me.
