A family holiday ruined yet again by this dreadful and not fit for purpose sham of a company. They know these strikes are coming months before they happen and they never prepare for them and expect their customers who have saved all year for their well earned holidays to just accept it or blame the pilots. Why on earth they cannot reveal which services are going to be effected so that travellers may at least try and make some other plans if necessary is totally unacceptable. I think it is time people started voting with their feet and start flying with other companies.
