A physically and mentally ill woman who is obviously anorexic and in denial by using her lifestyle and business as a way of perpetuating her need to look the way she does. Arielle needs to seek out professional help from an impartial party that does not stand to profit from her anorexia as I fear she has surrounded herself by yes friends that simply support her no matter the obvious. The worst part in all of this is that Arielle is spreading her illness to women world wide some of which are young and vulnerable and likely causing their bodies and minds serious damage. Arielle is both a danger to herself and everyone around her.
