WOMEN'S STATE PENSION AGE

Women scream for equality yet scoff their noses at the thought of retiring at the same age as a man. I am very sorry to tell you ladies that equality means accepting all things equal, even those you may not like. Equality is not something that you can pick and choose from to garner a selection of those fruits that suit you best. That being said, I do believe that the retirement age for both men and women should be jointly lowered to a more suitable age reflective of the stresses of life and the ravages of time that takes hold upon ones body. As a person fast approaching my later years the thought of working until I have little health left to enjoy does not paint a picture of a fruitful future. For now men and women alike can share this unpleasant journey towards delayed retirement. Remember ladies, equality equals equal.
